1. Service description
Complete Office Suite provides an AI-powered telephone receptionist service that answers incoming calls for your business, captures caller information, and books appointments. The service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.
2. Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription includes a set number of call minutes per month as specified in your plan. Minutes that exceed your plan's included amount are charged at the overage rate specified on our pricing page. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service for legitimate business purposes only. You must provide accurate business information and must not use the service to make unsolicited calls, to deceive callers, or for any illegal purpose. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations.
4. Call recording
The service may record calls and generate transcripts for the purpose of providing call summaries and improving service quality. You are responsible for informing callers that calls may be recorded, as required by applicable law. You can disable call recording in your dashboard settings.
5. Phone numbers
We provide a dedicated phone number as part of your subscription. You do not own the phone number; it is licensed to you for the duration of your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, the phone number will be released. If you port your own number to the service, you retain ownership of that number.
6. Service availability
We strive to provide the service 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our control, including telephony provider outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue or business opportunities, arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the preceding three months.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
